Modalities I Am Trained In

Craniosacral Therapy

A gentle, hands-on approach that works with the nervous system to reduce tension, improve fluid movement, and support the body’s natural healing processes. It is especially helpful for chronic pain, headaches, stress-related symptoms, and nervous system regulation.

Myofascial Release

A slow, sustained manual technique that targets restrictions in the connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs. By releasing these restrictions, pain decreases and movement becomes easier and more efficient.

Lymphatic Drainage

A light, rhythmic technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and reduce fluid congestion. This supports immune function, decreases swelling, and helps the body clear inflammation more effectively.

Nerve Tissue Tension Release

A precise hands-on approach that gently mobilizes irritated or restricted nerves. This technique can reduce pain, tingling, and sensitivity while improving overall nerve mobility and function.

Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT)

An evidence-based approach that improves movement quality by addressing posture, muscle tone, and motor control. It is commonly used for individuals with neurological or developmental movement challenges.

Reflex Motor Therapy (RMT)

A therapy that works with primitive reflex patterns to support nervous system organization and functional movement. It can be especially beneficial for individuals with coordination difficulties, sensory challenges, or persistent movement patterns.

Torticollis & Plagiocephaly Treatment

Specialized assessment and hands-on treatment to address muscle imbalance, head positioning, and skull shape in infants and children. Therapy focuses on improving symmetry, comfort, and healthy motor development.

Reiki

A gentle energy-based technique that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and nervous system balance. Reiki can complement hands-on therapy by helping the body shift into a healing state where physical and emotional tension can release more easily.

What is Integrative Manual Therapy?

Integrative Manual Therapy is a hands-on approach that brings together multiple manual therapy techniques to address how the body’s systems work together. Rather than focusing on a single area or symptom, it considers movement, soft tissue, the nervous system, and overall body balance.

Treatment is individualized and guided by how the body responds in each session. By integrating techniques such as myofascial work, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic support, and gentle nerve tissue work, care supports function, comfort, and the body’s natural ability to heal.
